It offers 12 different deliverables form one single recording of a process, including watch & try videos, work instructions, PowerPoint presentations, and more. By employing the Knowledge Center, all training can be centralized and user training can be tracked as part of an overall training program. The learning objectives for this session include:

• Understanding what EPAK is and what outputs it offers its users.
